How much is a Pocket English book?

The Hotel Service English book is 1,000 yen and the delivery & handling fee is 100 yen for one book.

How do I pay?

You may choose to either pay by bank transfer or by credit card online via PayPal. After you fill out the book order form, we will send you payment instructions by email. Your order will not be processed until payment is received, thus you may cancel your order at anytime prior to you making the bank transfer or online payment.

When will I receive my book?

You will receive your book within 5 business days after your payment is received and confirmed if you are in Japan.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, but please note that the delivery fee and delivery time will vary for international orders. For details, please contact us and let us know which city/country you reside in and how many books you would like to order.
